At Extra Magazin and Extra Invest, we comply with current Spanish legislation to ensure a transparent shopping experience. Below are the terms regarding your right to return products and cancel orders.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with consumer protection laws, customers have specific rights regarding the cancellation of their purchase:

  • Period: You have fourteen calendar days to withdraw from the purchase from the day you receive the product.
  • No Justification Required: This right can be exercised without any penalty and without the need for justification.
  • How to Notify: You must notify us of your decision via telephone at 678 75 00 50, by email at info@extramagazin.es, or by sending a physical letter to our address in Marbella.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

Please note that not all products are eligible for return due to legal health and safety regulations:

  • Perishable Goods: Products that can deteriorate or expire quickly are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
  • Personalized Items: Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized cannot be returned.
  • Nature of Product: Any goods that, by their nature, cannot be returned are also excluded.

Warranty and Damaged Goods

We take pride in the quality of the products supplied by Extra Invest and sold through Extra Magazin:

  • Commercial Warranty: All products are covered by the commercial warranty of their respective suppliers.
  • Perishable Items in Poor Condition: If you receive perishable products in poor condition or past their expiration date, you must contact us immediately at info@extramagazin.es.
  • Requirements for Claims: To process a claim, you must have followed the storage instructions on the packaging and must always keep the purchase receipt.

Payment Reversals

Specific conditions apply to the reversal of payments made by card:

  • Fraudulent Charges: If a charge is made fraudulently or improperly using a card number, the holder can demand the immediate cancellation of the charge.
  • Unjustified Claims: If a refund is requested for a purchase actually made by the holder and is not a result of the right of withdrawal, the customer is liable for damages resulting from the cancellation.
