Important Note: Lead Time

To ensure a perfect service, please place your order at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled delivery day for your specific zone. Both Extra Magazin shoppers and Extra Invest business partners are encouraged to plan ahead to receive their goods on time.

Delivery Schedule by Zone

We operate professional delivery routes throughout the week. Please note that Sundays are non-working days.

Barcelona City

  • Availability: Every day, from Monday to Saturday.

Regional Routes

  • Tuesday: Mataró and Lloret de Mar.
  • Wednesday - Route A: Sitges, Calafell, Tarragona, Salou, and surrounding areas.
  • Wednesday - Route B: Manresa, Vic, and nearby cities.
  • Thursday: Igualada, Tórrega, Lleida, Fraga, and surrounding areas.
  • Friday: Girona and cities in that direction.

Delivery Conditions

  • Minimum Order: Starting from 20€ + VAT.
  • Shipping Fee: A fixed rate of 5 euros applies to orders below the free shipping threshold.
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over 50 euros within Catalonia and Valencia.

Preparation & Process

  • Order Verification: Once an order is placed through Extra Magazin or Extra Invest, our manager checks the availability of all products.
  • Personalized Alternatives: If an item is out of stock, we will contact you to offer an alternative or add necessary items to your order.
  • Coordinated Delivery: We will coordinate the exact delivery time with you to fit your schedule or business hours.
  • Notifications: You will receive a notification via phone or message as soon as your order has been dispatched.
